My Sancho's Place is a veteran-owned and family-owned brand combining food, merchandise, humor, and cooking content inspired by the playful "Sancho" lifestyle.

Where are you located?

We are based in Riverton, Utah.

Do you have a food truck?

We are currently building toward launching our food trailer and future food truck operations. Follow us for updates on locations, events, and catering opportunities.

Do you offer vegan or vegitarian food options?

We do not have vegan options at this time and most cake options are considered vegitarian.

Do you offer products that are gluten, lactose, or nut free?

We currently do not have menu items that are gluten, lactose or nut allergin free. However, we are constantly updating our menu and recipies to accommodate all customers.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days and shipped shortly thereafter.

Can I return my order?

Because most items are custom-made, returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items.

Do you offer custom designs?

Not currently, but custom products may be offered in the future.
